Right to Employment

Right to Children and Education

Education is our fundamental right. Today’s children are Citizen of Tomorrow. These children are future of our nation. Keeping the children in the mind, the Government should enforce morality. Today education has become business. Poor and middle class children are becoming “drop outs” due to poverty and other financial problems. We are witnessing forcible child labour. Work has been started with motto of developing good aim among children and providing facilities to continue their education and enable them to design their life towards socio-economic development within themselves. Our organization is active with aim in motivating children of all section to have education.

Right to Women and Health

Women are the backbone of this country. Due to many reasons, there is steep increase of families migrating to Bangalore from various states, districts. Thousands of unorganized women are suffering from health related problems who are struggling to lead their life by working as Poura Karmika, building construction, house maid servants, working at garments. But they are neglecting their health. In most of the small and cottage industries such as Beedi, Agarbathi, Candles etc., there are 85% of workers are women. There is no equal salary, there is no minimum justified wages, they have no own house. Even today there is scarcity for water, day-by-day increase of domestic violence on women, atrocity, drinkers beating house wife, gang rapes on women in the society etc.,. Lonely women, widows and even H.I.V. affected families are facing problems. Our organization is active in identifying such problems and finding solutions to solve these issues. Conducting awareness programs for women, legal remedy information, providing self-employment facilities, formation of self-empowerment groups, help of educational continuity to children of poor children, guiding HIV affected women and children to reap the benefit scheme of Government.

Right to Shelter

Main reason for all these is nothing but lack of shelter, lack of toilets to women and girls, lack of nutrition food, lack of free medicine, Governmental schemes are not reaching the needy etc.,. We advocate at Government level on behalf of needy people to development Slum at Bangalore City in view of urban development and to provide permanent shelter to such evacuated people. Extended shelter facilities for down trodden community and HIV affected 160 families who are treated as untouchable in the society. Similarly, submitted proposal to the Government for providing shelter to 2580 families of widows, physically challenged, transgender, freed from Leprosy and various workmen of un-organized sector, order has been already issued from the Government in this regard. Our organization is moving

Right to Employment

After completion of their education, youth are not getting suitable job. There is not direct recruitment by the Government. Youth are struggling to get suitable job after completion their education. We are witnessing such situation that there is no proper guidance for them. Therefore, our organization is successfully conducting self-employment training, proper guiding workshops, information on facilities from Governmental schemes, Social-economic issues, guided more than 280 youths.
