About Us

Picture this: A world where there is no discrimination, no differentiation. No caste systems or religions. No pride or prejudice. A world where everyone had equal rights, equal opportunities and a chance to make every dream come true. That is the kind of world Mr.Ambedkar had in mind. Through his passion, he influenced so many people to take up the cause of building a beautiful world. One of them is our founder, Mr. George P.

Coming from a village, he had no access to healthcare, technology or anything good in his life. He earned money by being a domestic servant, where he wasn’t treated well by the upper class people. When he looked around, he saw that most people from his community were treated the same because of their caste and status. They were denied opportunities and equality. He, along with others, were deeply religious people who prayed for a better life. Who prayed that things would get better but none of it happened.

That’s when he realised that it isn’t enough to just pray, you need to take things into your hands. He became a rationalist and closely started following the work of Ambedkar and Periyar. Soon, with the help of the government, he started working for the betterment of his community and other weaker section (Women, Poor Children, Widows, Transgender, HIV Patients, Orphans, Senior Citizens etc…)

He strived alone to bring shelter to hundreds of widows, transgenders, HIV patients and other poor people. So far he has been able to make housing facility for 150 widows, 200 HIV patients. He has also adopted many orphan children and is giving them the best education facilities, besides he is also financially supporting a few poor children for their educational needs.

His efforts led to the betterment of hundreds of lives and if it is through an NGO, this betterment would reach lakhs of people

During this time, he met many similar minded people who believed in his vision and were willing to work with him closely. That’s when the idea to open an NGO was born.

Educate and Organize began in 2015 with a mission to educate the poorest and orphan children, agitate about the evils of discrimination, break the status barriers in society and uplift and organise the underprivileged.

As quoted by Ambedkar “Life should be great, not just long”. And with the guidance of Mr. George, that’s what we aim to do: make life great, for everyone.
